This one was really fun to do! My Loomis studies continues with drawing different types of women, but this time, I went back to drawing cartoons instead of more realistic faces.
These Blooks were not completely drawn with my style, however. I used the facial structures or outlines in Loomis’ book and filled them in with the female faces I imagine. Still, I would say these head sketches are 20% Loomis and 80% mine. What I find wonderful here is the variety of women I can draw guided by the book (by the way, you should download it, too. It’s free!). Women are generally harder for me to draw, so this type of exercise expands my vocabulary of how to illustrate women.
Waw, awesome, which i could draw like this!
