FRUSTRASHOW

Now for another update on the Justice League wall mural I’m doing in my cousin’s room in their new home. I still have a long way to go to finish the mural but I’m glad I’m now done painting or inking the trickier panels. I especially like how the Green Lantern panel above turned out with the stars breaking the darkness of outer space in the background.

The Flash and Wonder Woman panels were much quicker to ink because they had less areas that needed to be painted black. As much as large black areas really look good, I don’t want every panel to have solid black backgrounds. These two largely white panels create more variety for the eye of the viewer.

I’m not yet done with the Superman and Lois Lane panel above. Work resumes next week when I also paint The Penguin, Cheetah, and Sinestro! Stay tuned! 🙂
